The Journey Begins

Osei Bonsu Hayford is final year student in KNUST. Hayford is also a student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana(ICAG). Hayford has more passion in keeping his body in perfect shape and condition. He never ceases to experience the opportunity of keeping his body in shape whenever he has the chance. He has gained more experiences in exercising in various gym, aerobic and recreational centers wherever he finds himself. He was a member of the London Borough of Hackney recreational gym center in the UK. He is currently part of the University Hall (Katanga) keep fit team in KNUST. Hayford spends most of his leisure time exercising and keeping his body in shape.
